Cashing out

To withdraw your winnings from your online casino Prestige account follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby.
2. Click on "Withdraw".
3. Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
4. Fill in the required information.
When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting",
which means that your request has been accepted by Online Casino Prestige and that we are processing it.

All withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) business days after the date of the request.

During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Online Casino Prestige Account.
By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.

Players will be allowed to withdraw no more than 5,000 $/�/� per month, not including progressive Jackpot winnings. If the amount to be withdrawn is superior to 5,000 $/�/� the remaining discrepancy will be placed back to the player's account, for the player to withdraw one month later.

According to online Casino Prestige withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit, up to your Casino Deposit Balance*.

The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft express or Bank Draft (whichever is more convenient for you), or via NETelller, Instacash, Moneybookers, Click2Pay, Central Coin, EcoCard, InstaDebit, or Firepay if you have used these methods in the past.

The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, and $5 for a Bank Draft Cash Out. If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.

*Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.

Due to MasterCard's and Visa's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards. Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance. If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared. If your Citadel deposit/s is returned (declined), your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
