The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, for a Bank Draft Express $100 and for a Bank Draft $10. If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your online casino account.

Due to MasterCard's and Visa's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards. Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance. If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared. If your Citadel deposit/s is returned (declined), your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
